My invoice got stuck in the system as processing, and after waiting the recommended 4 business days, I emailed and they immediately reset the process and within 24hrs my parcel was dispatched. It came in less than 4 days with FedEx delivery and was incredibly informative all the way. Only downside was delivery preferences with FedEx being locked to the US only (until redelivery attempt). Product is incredible condition and looks authentic which is mind blowing bearing the prices! 11/10, will buy again!

It was my first ever ordering from Hobby Genki and now I will be a repeat customer of theirs. They went above and beyond with an issue with my order and shipped it Fedex since there was a miscalulation with my order. They. commuicated with me every step of the way. My order arrived fast and damage free.

My item arrived with no issues. It took less than a week for it to arrive from when I ordered it (Chose FedEx shipping method). Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to my preorders to arrive next.

Ever since I got into collecting action figures, Hobby Genki is my #1 site to buy imports from. The website is very user friendly, so it’s easy to keep track of your orders and pre orders. My figures almost always come in perfect shape due to good packaging. The customer service department is usually very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns I may have. Overall my favorite website/ retailer to order from, highly recommend!

My go-to store for Monster Hunter merch. They get stock for items very quickly, and, unlike all other sites I've used, when I pre-order things, I can already calculate the cost of shipping, so I know how much I need to pay, rather than being left in the dark until the item officially releases. It makes a world of difference, so I can order things I like straight away, and not worry about them being out of stock.

Im a first-time time customer here! So not sure about everyone else, but they have to be fake. No way a buisness would not respond for weeks over an order. Have sent emails and messages on the site. Did a preorder with no date listed and wanted to change the shipping. No response is at this point im not even sure if im being scammed.Before i purchased i looked here and people mention that customer support was great.. Heck no its not. I'll wait a week more before ill start charging back my 400$

I'm a first time buyer from HG and have a few remaining preorders so I can only base this off 1 fulfilled order;
Order process was simple, payment options also various to accommodate buyers. Shipping time was quick based on what was used (DHL or Fedex). Response time via the message portal was quick when I had questions about various orders. Only item I would like to see improvement on is stock communication - advising when an item has reached them and when it is being sent out. I'll give a 5 star for now and hope any future orders are better so that I don't have to adjust.
